Skill, Experience and Expertise

Dr. Chin has vast amount of experience in the field of project management, coordination, value engineering, estimation and tendering of projects.

Prior to his appointment, he was the Head of M&E Department with Infra Segi Sdn Bhd was then seconded to Boustead Construction Sdn Bhd as a Project Consultant managing the hotel, hospital and high-rise projects.

Dr Chin began his career in General Electric Company (UK) as the Project Engineer involved in the Lumut Naval Base Project. He then moved on to joined ASEA Brown Boveri as Project Manager.
